Spicy and Savory Breaded Mushrooms


2 cups of button mushrooms

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp summer savory

1/2 tsp onion power

Salt & pepper

2 Eggcitables eggs


Preheat oven to 425°F

Use a toothpick to dip the mushrooms in Eggcitables then cover in breadcrumbs.

Repeat until complete.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes

Optional Dip

Jalapeno mayo

2 tbsp vegan mayo

1 tsp diced jalapeno

1/2 tsp lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced
