Easy Vegan Omelette by Andrea Howe RD

Eggcitables plant-based can create delicious and easy omelettes in under 10 minutes. They’re vegan, soy & gluten free, and can be customized with any delicious veggies or added proteins. The key to a delicious Eggcitables plant-based omelette is some fat. We suggest adding 1 tsp of olive oil or vegan butter to give it that delicious bite.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Eggcitables plant-based egg

2 tbsp water

1 tsp olive oil

Garnish 

Diced tomatoes

Avocado

Cilantro 

Violife vegan parmesan

Directions

Mix Eggcitables & water according to package directions until all lumps are gone

Fry Eggcitables mixture in olive oil over medium heat (for about 3 minutes until bottom is cooked)

Flip & fry for an additional 1 minute

Top with garnish
